This year the French Open will take place in the Vosges area in north east of France. It is organized by l’association Icare Club, La ligue Lorraine de Vol Libre, La Ligue d’Alsace de Vol Libre and FFVL.

The Vosges Massif is a one of the most reckoned flying sites - XC flights have been done there since 1970s for hang gliding and since the 1980 for paragliding. There are about 40 take off in the Vosges Mountains from North to South operated by similar number of local clubs.

Every candidate have to register on both websites:
- FFVL site to be selected and to pay http://parapente.ffvl.fr/compet/2586
- AIRTRIBUNE site to be tracked.
Live tracking will be mandatory for all pilot during the event, You must come with your device : Android / Tracker / Spot / Flymaster live
If you are classified among the TOP 100 WPRS, you can be invited and your entry fee will be totally reimburse at the end of the event by FFVL
Selection and entry fee
Price is 180€ + 20€ if registered less than 8 days before the event
The best 10 pilots among the 100 best WPRS pilots will be invited

La base de vie du Championnat de France de parapente sera établi sur la commune d’Oderen (68830), dans le Haut-Rhin, à la salle des fêtes Alsacia, lieu du PC Course, à proximité immédiate de l’Aérotec, l’attérissage principal utilisé pour le championnat de France.
La salle Alsacia sera le point de RDV pour:
– le 1er briefing du matin
– le petit déjeuner
– la préparation du casse crôute du midi.
Vous trouverez à votre disposition:
– des navettes permanentes pour vos déplacements: accès aux décollages et retour au PC course.
– une buvette
– des sanitaires
– un espace wifi
– un espace fermé à clés pour votre matériel.
