Ensure you have completed all the fields you are able. We will NOT publish if you have omitted details such as the Organisers details, a Contact, a location of HQ on the Map tab, a Header image or four photos that represent the area. This is the MINIMUM.

When you submit the event for Moderation you may submit a donation to the server costs if you wish to by Paypal. You can calculate the cost from the costs page, but in short 2€ per pilot (according to the number of places available in the event), minimum 59€. When the results are finalised we will refund any unused funds.

Once your event has been approved you it will be published immediately for participants to register.
