This is the 3th paragliding competition in flatland with take off by active towing in new Russian’s history. It is held from 20 to 27 July 2013 with one reserve day. Previous two was in Tula region flying site “Konchinka”, and in this year it was decided to make paragliding competition in a new place “Vorotynsk” in Kaluga region 200 to the south from Moscow. Three high-speed lunches by modern hydraulic active towing systems will be used for take off.
