The Dangara district is located 110 km from Dushanbe, the capital of Tajikistan. From Dushanbe to the Dangara launch site, there is a paved road with a short, approximately 2 km, dirt road. The launch site is a 5-minute walk from the road. On the western side of the ridge, there is a large, spacious platform that can accommodate a large number of paragliders and allow for several launches of 4-5 wings simultaneously. The slopes are grassy, ​​earthen, and steep at 35-45°. The launch site faces northwest. Wind direction and strength are north, northwest, and northeast, 1-5 m/s, rarely up to 8 m/s. Cross-country flights: along the mountains to the north, south, and west, and into the valley to the northwest and southwest. Cloud base is 3,500-4,500 m, thermals up to +5 m/s.

The Dangara takeoff is at 1,725 ​​m ASL 37.97354, 69.40949. The landing area is at an average absolute altitude of 1,000 m ASL in the valley surrounding Dangara. The altitude difference from the takeoff to the landing areas below the mountain is approximately 950 meters. Several good landing sites are located directly below the takeoff. Within the flight radius, there are many good landing sites in the valley and in agricultural fields between small villages. Road infrastructure is well developed, with obstacles limited to shallow ravines and power lines along the roads. The fields are large, some of which are cotton fields and have mown, tough stalks. It is necessary to fly around them to avoid injury and damage to the wing.
