Come join us for this first USHPA sanctioned race-to-goal competition at Crestline, California. This will be a CIVL category 2 competition with both WPRS and NTSS points. We're planning for three days of racing

Flying site

San Bernardino is located about 60 miles east of Los Angeles. Headquarters and the primary goal field will be at Andy Jackson Airpark and the Cross Country Ranch. We will use both the Crestline and Marshall Peak launches, each located about 35 minutes drive from HQ in the San Bernardino Mountains.

Andy Jackson Airpark is located at 5500 Ben Canyon Road in San Bernardino, CA about 60 miles west of Los Angeles off Highway 215.

Come join us for this first USHPA sanctioned race-to-goal competition at Crestline, California. This will be a CIVL category 2 competition with both WPRS and NTSS points. We're planning for three days of racing
at this legendary Southern California site on Saturday, Sunday and Monday May 29-31, 2021. Crestline is an extremely consistent site with flyable (and taskable) weather nearly every day in spring/summer.

Flying site

San Bernardino is located about 60 miles east of Los Angeles. Headquarters and the primary goal field will be at Andy Jackson Airpark and the Cross Country Ranch. We will use both the Crestline and Marshall Peak launches, each located about 35 minutes drive from HQ in the San Bernardino Mountains.

The Crestline launch sits at approximately 5200′ MSL and is located on Playground Drive, just west of the town of Crestline. Launch includes parking, a portable toilet, setup areas, and two launch lanes for hang gliders.

Marshall Peak launch is a very large sloped launch in the San Bernardino Mountains. It sits at approximately 4000′ MSL, has ample parking and setup areas, and multiple launch lanes including a wood launch ramp.

Selection and entry fee

$85, plus membership in the Crestline Soaring Society (CSS). Visiting pilots can become a Limited Member of the CSS for $20.

Documents required at registration

  • The organiser requires you to present your National flying licence.

  • You will need to sign an applicaton form at the venue. Usually the organiser will provide it on arrival.

Cancellation Policy

Full refund will be given for cancellation on or before May 22, 2021. For cancellation after May 22, no refund will be given.

Day prizes and trophies for top 3 pilots overall.
