Event info

Croatian National competition in cross country flying will be held in Ivanec from 28th till 30th August +31.8.2020, with reserve dates 4th till 6th September 2020. + 7.9. (Spare dates are used if we do do not perform 2 races in first 3 days.)

The site is famous in Croatia for the best XC flying potential on flatland.

Due to Take off-limits, there is a plan to accept 50 pilots:
Priority will go to :
- Croatian pilots- 30 Places
- after 10.8. there is no priority - first pay first serve

Competition entry requirements:
Valid pilot license and valid FAI sporting license
IPPI card level 5
Medical insurance covering paragliding (proof will be checked at competition registration)
Third-party liability insurance covering paragliding (proof will be checked at competition registration)
Unmodified and certified helmet (EN 966), harness (EN 1651), and paraglider (EN 926/2 or CCC), rescue parachute,
VHF radio & (137.975MHz) ;
Pilots must have a Smartphone with an "AIRTRIBUNE app" or FlyMe app installed for live tracking, and WhatsApp.
Your glider must have a valid proof of airworthiness (valid technical check if gliders are older than 2 years),
You need to fly the glider inside a certified weight range!!!
CROATIAN PILOTS ONLY- must have valid medical check not older than 6 months

Selection and entry fee

- ENTRY FEE until August 18th 120 € (pre-payment 40 € + 80 €)
- ENTRY FEE after August 19th and on the day of registration: 140 €(full payment)

Payment is possible by Paypal or by bank transfer.
Sending it "to a friend and family" avoids the fees and gives more money for competition prizes and event organizing.

Payment and refund rules
• In case of pilot cancellation before 18th August we will keep 20€ for organization cost and rest will be returned.
• In case the event is fully pre-cancelled by organiser, including reserve dates, due to the bad weather conditions, unless The Nacional HQ for CORONA situation makes a decision that disables the organisation of competition, the organiser will keep the 20€ of the participation fee.

Sunday, August, 30th 2020 - 18:00-19:00 h prize-giving and closing ceremony

Spare dates: 31st August or 7th September 2020.
Spare dates are used if we do not perform 2 races in first three days.

1. in headquarter is 5 double bedroom, big terrace, and grill. Price is 75kn/person (10€/per)
2. in headquarter yard will be possible to camp with a tent, or with camper-van on the parking place. Price is 40kn/person (5€/per), with use of the bathroom.
