Oripaa airfield is located in south western Finland approximately 50 kilometers northeast of Turku and approximately
180 kilometres north west of Helsinki. Airfield is dedicated to sports aviation. Take-off method is towing.

Finnish Aeronautical Association (FAA) and Airiston Varjoliitäjät is welcoming you to the 2017 Finnish Open XC League Round 3 competion at Oripää in Finland. Airfield is located in the middle of beautiful Finnish countryside surrounded by forests, lakes and fields. Terrain provides good thermal conditions and flatland XC flying throughout the season.
Event is part of the Finnish Open XC League 2017 that is a series of 3 separate weekend competitions that will be held between May and July. Take off method in all of the competitions of the league will be towing and type of tasks will be "Elapsed time".
Selection and entry fee
This page is for the Round 3, Oripää: First selection to the competition will be made 22nd May. The organiser will send e-mail to the selected pilots on 22nd May containing message "To pay". The payment of 85 euro must be in the Clubs account by the 20th June.
