1. The strongest sportsmen of the subjects of the Russian Federation take part in sports competitions.
2. To participate in the personal types of the sports competition program
athletes who are not younger than 16 years are allowed;
To participate in sports competitions the specified number of years the athlete must be executed before the day of the start of the sporting event.
3. To participate in the personal types of the sports competition program, athletes who have been preliminarily selected on the basis of the results of the All-Russian sports competitions and the championships of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation are admitted. The first stage of the selection of participants will be held by members of the already formed sports commission on July 15, based on the filed preliminary applications in accordance with the Regulations.
4. If FAI category 2 is granted, 20% is reserved for pilots of other FAI member states.
1. В спортивных соревнованиях участвуют сильнейшие спортсмены субъектов Российской Федерации.
2. К участию в личных видах программы спортивного соревнования
допускаются спортсмены не моложе 16 лет;
Для участия в спортивных соревнованиях указанное количество лет спортсмену должно исполниться до дня начала спортивного соревнования.
3. К участию в личных видах программы спортивного соревнования допускаются спортсмены, в течение года прошедшие предварительный отбор по результатам всероссийских спортивных соревнований, и чемпионатов субъектов Российской Федерации. Первый этап отбора участников состоиться членами уже сформированной спортивной комиссии 1 июля, на основании поданных предварительных заявок в соответствии с Положением.
4. В случае получения разрешения категории ФАИ 2 - 20% зарезервировано под пилотов других государств членов ФАИ.
