Selection and entry fee
- 30 places are restricted for "un-french" pilots until Sunday, May, 20 2018. Remaining places will be opened to french pilots afterwards.
- 5 more places are restricted for guest stars. (If you feel we should invite you, please let us know the list is not complete just yet).
- FAI Licence is mandatory.
Apart from that, the selection process is going with the payment : Fast payment means fast selection.
As of this date, payment and registration are open again up to 125 pilots.

Accommodation and Activities
Base camp site will be the camping "L'enclave" in the lovely town of Estavar. Mostly everything will be based from here : Head Quarters, Main registration, bus departure / retrieve, scoring, briefing, food, press, alternate activities registration, closing fiesta and concert... It's a nice place to stay featuring all kind of accommodations : Mobile home, tent, camping car, van.
Participants, friends and families have a special 10% discount on mobile home accommodation. Please consider it twice while making another accommodation choice. The party will have something less if you're not around.

Many activities are available in case of strong wind or rain : Biking, Hot springs baths, Canyoning, Shopping in Andorra, Hiking. Fench sort of bowling called "Pétanque" is a 'must-try' here.
The camp site includes nice features such as a fresh wild river, an old tennis field, an outdoor volley-ball field, a sauna (additional cost), an hard table tennis table, a kid playground.
How to get here
By plane :
Nearest airports to consider are Barcelona, Gerona, Toulouse or Perpignan.
There are many low cost flights from almost everywhere.
Bus or trains are then climbing up the mountains to reach the plateau of Cerdagne (see next section).
By train :
Latour de Carol's International train station is located 20 Km from the base camp. It is possible to connect from :
- Paris throught Toulouse - We recommand the night train while sleeping (or trying to do so).
Departure from Austerlitz Station at 20:41 => Arrival at Latour de Carol next morning at 09:16.
- Toulouse.
- Barcelona throught Puigcerda.
Please don't get fooled and be aware that train line coming from Perpignan is used by a very sloooow yellow little touristic train. Quite painfull really, but it almost can get you to the campsite!
Indeed, the "yellow little train" is passing by the town of Estavar where we have our camp site. If you really want to, you still can take a ride from Latour de Carol to Estavar directly but we recomand you just plan a ride with the organisation instead.
We will pick up pilots, friends and family Friday and Saturday before the event and bring back everybody
sunday morning after the party. Just please let us know before your arrival.
