San Donato Val di Comino is near Frosinone, in the Centre-South of Italy. The take-off can be comfortably reached driving along an asphalt road and it’s the perfect launch site for Hang Gliding competitions.

The VALCOMINO TROPHY, at its 1st edition, is a FAI 2 competition (Hang Gliding class 1, class 5, Sport class) which takes place in a beautiful flight zone of center part of Italy, on border of Apennine mountains.

Selection and entry fee
Regular Online Registration will be closed on 17 August, 2020.
SELECTION:
Until the maximum number of participants is reached, it will be possible to register and to be selected for the event.
If more than 60 pilots are registered, the organizers will reserve the available spots as follows:
n. 45 - Class 1
n. 15 - Class 5 and Sport Class
ENTRY FEE
- Regular Entry Fee fee is 110,00 € (90,00 € for UNDER 30 - WOMEN - CLASS 1 SPORT) if paid before May 31, 2020.
- Starting from May 1, 2020, the Entry Fee charges additional costs and the amount is 150,00 € (130,00 € for UNDER 30 - WOMEN - CLASS 1 SPORT).

- Packed Lunch each competition day
- Medical emergency service
- Prize-giving ceremony
- Live tracking devices

REFUND
In case of no valid tasks, the organisation will return to any participant part of the entry fee. The amount will be defined on the basis of the expenses afforded by organizers.
If a pilot withdraws from the competition within June 30, 2020, the entire registration fee will be refunded, minus 30%, to cover organizational costs. The refund will be made at the end of the competition.
For cancellations received from July 01, 2020 and until the start of the competition there won't be any refund.

- 2° Class 1 OPEN
- 3° Class 1 OPEN
- 1° Class 1 Sport (only the 1° classified and only if there are at least 5 participants)
- 2° Class 1 Sport (only the 1° classified and only if there are at least 5 participants)
- 3° Class 1 Sport (only the 1° classified and only if there are at least 5 participants)
- 1° Class 1 Female (only the 1° classified and only if there are at least 5 participants)
- 1° Class 5 (only if there are at least 5 participants)
- 2° Class 5 (only if there are at least 5 participants)
- 3° Class 5 (only if there are at least 5 participants)
To withdraw the prize, pilots have to be present at the Prize-giving Ceremony.
No proxy will be accepted.
Undelivered awards will remain to the organisation.
