Hike and Fly event in the Voss area.
On the last Friday of Veko this year VHPK will host a hike and fly paragliding competition that will reward fitness and flying skill.
The course is set. We encourage competitors to make their own route around the course taking into consideration weather and personal abilites.

Most of the local launches are well kept. Some of the more distant tops are rough and rocky mountain launches...

On the last Friday of Veko this year VHPK will host a hike and fly paragliding competition that will reward fitness and flying skill.
The course is set. We encourage competitors to make their own route around the course taking into consideration weather and personal abilites. This is a great opertuinity to get creative and have a fantasic adventure around Voss!
All checkpoints have to be taken on foot so safe toplandings and hiking throughout the day will be essential. Competitors only take the checkpoints they wish before a set finishing time for the day. There is no specified finish location so you can really just focus on flying and exploration.

FAI IPPI Card
The FAI IPPI card is an International card that states your skill level. It is issued by your National Association and matches the level or your flying Licence

Identification documents needed
You will need to provide photo ID on arrival. This could be Passport, Driving Licence or National ID, for example.

You must provide the organiser with a copy of your liability (3rd party) insurance documents
