The competition “Montegrappa Trophy 2025” is a FAI Category 2 paragliding event. The main organisers are “Aero Club Lega Piloti” (Suello Lombardia - Italy) and “ASD Volo Libero Montegrappa” (Borso del Grappa (TV) - Italy).

Pre-registration is processed through the https://airtribune.com web site, from January 6th 2025 to January 31st 2025. Only pre-registered pilots with a valid FAI license will be accepted.
Confirmation and entry fee
The list of confirmed pilots will be published within February 5th 2025. Confirmation will be sent to pilots by email and the list of selected pilots published in the https://airtribune.com web site. Registration to the
competition becomes effective only after the entry fee payment, which must be executed by bank transfer within 6 days from the confirmation received by email.
The entry fee is 330 €. Bank payments are accepted. PayPal is accepted with a 3,5% surcharge (342 €). Cash payments are not accepted. The payment receipt must be sent to the following email address: para@trofeomontegrappa.it.
Pilots who won’t pay within the payment deadline will be moved to the bottom of the selection list. Organizers have the right not to accept the registration of pilots considered not eligible for safety reasons or in case compliance with legal requirements cannot be verified.

Winners must be present at the awards ceremony to collect the prize. Proxies are not
accepted. Prizes not claimed will remain to the organization.
Liability
Pilots participate to the competition at their own risk. The organizer isn’t responsible for the pilots or any other third party. The transfer to take-off and the retrieval service are at pilots own risk. It is the responsibility of each competing pilot to ensure that he has valid insurance cover public liability risk, personal accident, hospitalization, repatriation.
Documents required at registration

FAI Sporting Licence
Issued by your local NAC on behalf of the FAI. You cannot normally compete in an FAI event without one. Contact your National Association (NAC)

National Licence
The organiser requires you to present your National flying licence.

Signed Waiver/Release form
You will need to sign a waiver or release document to show you understand the risks. Usually the organiser will provide it on arrival.

Identification documents needed
You will need to provide photo ID on arrival. This could be Passport, Driving Licence or National ID, for example.

Liability Insurance
You must provide the organiser with a copy of your liability (3rd party) insurance documents

Rescue/Medical Insurance
You must provide the organiser with a copy of your medical, rescue and repatriation insurance. You can purchase Global Rescue cover from Airtribune
Cancellation Policy
Paid entry fees will not be returned for any reason or for any claim. The entry fee must be paid within 6 days from the confirmation (received by email), by bank transfer. The payment receipt must be sent to the following email address: para@trofeomontegrappa.it. An additional fee of € 50.00 will be charged in case of late payment.

Reserved to pilots flying paragliders certified EN B, EN C, EN D or CCC.
SERIAL class
Reserved to pilots flying paragliders certified EN B, EN C or EN D. In case of double certification, the more restrictive one will be considered.
SPORT class
Reserved to pilots flying paragliders certified EN B or EN C. In case of double certification, the more restrictive one will be considered.
WOMEN class
Reserved to women pilots flying paragliders certified EN B, EN C, EN D or CCC.
