In these uncertain COVID19 times two things are known:

Comp HQ will be based at the Mapua Leisure Park .(http://nelsonholiday.co.nz).
The Tasman region is a well proven area for competition flying with multiple sites, excellent XC potential and an enviable track record of taskable days.
The region is blessed with excellent produce from the sea and from the land and this will be a theme of the social/dinning hosted events.
In the very unlikely event :) that there is a non-taskable day there are endless alternative activities from art to Heli-biking and everything in between. ( Hmmm.... note the peculiarity of the Mapua Leisure Park!)
Fun, Competition, Team Work and Learning are all pillars that we work with when organising a competition, and you can choose to prioritise these in any order you like. The number one priority, however, is not negotiable and that is SAFETY.
Because of this, SATELLITE TRACKERS are MANDATORY.
Competition email: pgopen21@gmail.com
Organisers will use a WhatsApp channel during the week of the competition to communicate with participants (other than during the tasks).
There will be Facebook and WhatsApp pages for social media.

Accommodation and Activities
Mapua is a small but well-resourced village 25 minute drive from Nelson airport.
The seaside Leisure Park (nelsonholiday.co.nz) is well provided with a complete range of accommodation options from tent sites to multi-room fully equipped chalets and the village itself will have Air B&B type choices.
Budget camping grounds are nearby at McKee Reserve and Tasman Motor Camp but as a responsible host we would recommend staying on-site at the Mapua Leisure Park.
We suggest you book your accommodation requirements asap.
Let Google be your friend.
How to get here
Nelson is well served by transport options with frequent flights (when things get back to normal) and bus connections including Wellington to Picton ferry services.
Don't forget to take advantage of the discount offered by BlueBridge ferries.
As retrieves are not supplied you will need a vehicle to get around the region. There are numerous and cheap car rental companies available to choose from.
