Poggio Bustone Cup 2019 will take place in amazing Poggio Bustone (Rieti).
The event will be held on Thursday Sept 19 till Sunday Sept 22 with no reserve days.
It's a beautiful place to fly, great possibilities in the mountains and ridges, a very interesting orography with mountains high up to 2000 meters and grasslands, one of the best zones for free flight in the center of Italy, very popular for the sailplane.

Poggio Bustone Cup 2019 will take place in amazing Poggio Bustone (Rieti).
The event will be held on Thursday Sept 19 till Sunday Sept 22 with no reserve days.
It's a beautiful place to fly, great possibilities in the mountains and ridges, a very interesting orography with mountains high up to 2000 meters and grasslands, one of the best zones for free flight in the center of Italy, very popular for the sailplane.
2018 edition of this event was Italian Championship as well.
You have also a whole choice of attractions, bike excursions, climbing tracks, Poggio Bustone Sanctuary (14th century), Marmore waterfalls near Terni, Castle of Labro (XI century), Piediluco Lake. Well worth a week vacation!

Selection will start on Thursday 1st august 2019, at 21:00 CET.

Selection and entry fee
Regular Online Registration will be open until 24:00 on July 31, 2019.
SELECTION:
50% of participants will be selected using Italian General ranking.
Remaining 55 pilots using WPRS ranking system (ranking ref. date: August 1, 2019).
10 wild cards will be available to organisers.
Selection will start on August 1, 2019, and selected pilots will receive the payment request.
Pilots will have 7 days to pay the entry fee from the day they received our payment request, otherwise they will be replaced by the next in waiting list.
Regular entry fee will be 115 euros, including:
- Gadgets
- Transports to takeoff and retrievals
- Complimentary dinner
- Packed Lunch each competition day
- Medical emergency service
- Prize-giving ceremony
LATE ENTRY FEE
Until the maximum number of participants is reached, it will be possible to register and to be selected for the event. A fee of 35 euros will be applied to late registration and late payments, so the entry fee for pilots registered after July 31 or late on payment due, will be 150 euros.
PAYMENT
We are accepting paypal payments or Bank Transfer.
You will receive all details by email.
REFUND POLICY
In case of no valid tasks, the organisation will return to any participant part of the entry fee. The amount will be defined on the basis of the expenses afforded by organizers.
If a pilot withdraws from the competition by August 31, 2019, the entire registration fee will be refunded, minus 30%, to cover organizational costs. The refund will be made at the end of the competition.
For cancellations received from August 31, 2019 and until the start of the competition there won't be any refund.

- Open Class: B, C, D and CCC certified gliders.
- Serial Class: B, C, D certified gliders
- Female category (with at least 5 participants in the category)
