Flying site
Wilotree Park (Sheets airfield) is located one mile south of Groveland in Florida, United States. Groveland itself is situated in Lake County, in the center of the state. The surrounding area is dominated by pasture lands intermixed with treed swamps and some residential areas.

Flying dates: Sunday April 15th through Saturday the 21st, 2018.
Practice, Check-in and Welcome on Saturday, April 14th.
Live tracking with Flymaster trackers provided.
The competition is USHPA and CIVL sanctioned so USHPA NTSS and CIVL WPRS points will be awarded
Maximum 120 pilots.

Selection and entry fee
Aerotowing before the meet and on the practice day is an additional $25/tow.

If your pilot status here in the Airtribune web site is listed as "Waiting list" that means we have not received your waivers, medical form, and payment.
If listed as "Waiting for Payment," we have received waivers and medical form, but not your payment.
If listed as "Missing Requirements," we have received payment but not all your waivers and medical form.
If listed as "Confirmed," all three steps have been completed.
Prize fund and scoring categories
Daily prizes are given out from the sponsors.
Instead of prize money, we are planning to keep the entry fees low.

Accommodation and Activities
Plenty of shaded tent camping, $10 per night, first come first served.

How to get here
Wilotree Park (nee Sheets airfield) (Quest Air Soaring Center) is about one and a half mile south of Groveland, Florida, on State Highway 33. It is a left turn at a busy bend in the road (be careful). Headquarters is the club house, first building on the right.

Plane
The nearest international airport is Orlando. From there you take a car to Quest Air hang gliding club.
Car
It take about 1 hour driving from Orlando. Take highways 528, Florida's turnpike and FL-50 to get to Sheets airfield. This route is about 42 miles.
