Selection and entry fee

Amount In local currency: 240€ Euro
Payment deadline: July 10th 2021

Payment Details: The registration fee has a limit until the 10th of July.
After this date and if you still have vacancies in the registration, the amount applied until the beginning of the event is 290 €,

Documents required at registration

The FAI IPPI card is an International card that states your skill level. It is issued by your National Association and matches the level or your flying Licence

The organiser requires you to present your National flying licence.

National Licence
You will need to sign an applicaton form at the venue. Usually the organiser will provide it on arrival.

You will need to sign a waiver or release document to show you understand the risks. Usually the organiser will provide it on arrival.

You will need to provide photo ID on arrival. This could be Passport, Driving Licence or National ID, for example.

You must provide the organiser with a copy of your liability (3rd party) insurance documents

You must provide the organiser with a copy of your medical, rescue and repatriation insurance. You can purchase Global Rescue cover from Airtribune

Cancellation Policy

Pilot cancellation
• If a pilot, cancel after payment and up to 15 days before the start of the competition, the registration fee will be refunded less 60 € hold for administrative costs.
• In case of cancellation during the 15 days prior to the start of the competition, the refund will be 50% of the registration fee.

Cancellation by the organization for reasons beyond its control:
• In case of cancellation of the event within 10 days of the start of the event, the registration fee will be refunded with less € 30, which will be used to cover part of the costs with the organization.
• In case of cancellation of the race in a period exceeding 10 days of the start of the race, return shall be the registration fee less 10 € which will be used to cover part of the costs to the organization.

Cancellation should be asked by email to eduardo.lagoa@flytime.top The cancellation date shall be taken as the date of receipt of the email. The entry fee payment is not transferable to another pilot in the event of cancellation.
