Welcome to the Sports-class Racing Series. A series of international high-level competitions to crown a Sports-Class Champion at the end of 2026. If you enjoy racing in the Sports class, you’ve come to the right place.

What is the SRS?
The SRS is a Series of paragliding racing events for Sports class wings

Can I enter on an EN-A?
Theoretically, yes you can. It is likely that the majority of pilots will be flying EN-C wings though.

Can I enter on an CCC wing?
No. This series is strictly for Sports class wings. That is, EN-C and below

Can I enter on a 2-liner?
As long as the 2-liner is EN-C certified, yes.

Do I have to fly in all the competitions in the series?
No. Every event is a standalone event, just as any other competition. You can just attend a single event if you wish.

How do I win the series?
The winner will be determined by the pilot with the highest scoring 10 tasks in the season. You need to attend a minimum of two events to score 10 valid tasks.

What prizes are there?
The prizes will be determined as the season progresses. There will be no cash prizes.

Do I need to be a member of the SRS to compete?
Yes, we are insisting that all pilots become a member of the SRS prior to a place being confirmed in an event for that season.

What benefits will there be to joining?
Membership allows us to maintain contact with you. The subscription fees allow us to organise the administration side of the SRS series.
