Registration
Pre-registrations can be done only through the web site https://airtribune.com, from 21st of January 2023 to 21st of February 2023. The list of confirmed pilots will be published within 24th of February 2023. If pre-registration is made after 21st February 2023, an additional fee of 30€ will be charged. Only pre-registered pilots with a valid FAI licence will be accepted. A valid third-party insurance is mandatory.

Participants and selection
The maximum number of participants admitted to the competition is 80.
- 74 places will be assigned to pilots selected according to the FAI ranking points (reference date 1st January 2023)* independently from the class;
- 3 wild cards, assigned by the organizers;
- 3 wild card, assigned by the Italian Team Leader.

(*) In compliance with the Italian National Sporting Code 2020 (app. B.3), in the first selection round, 40% of the available places (32) will be guaranteed to Italian pilots and the selection will be made following the Italian Overall Ranking (reference date 31st October 2022). If an Italian pilot renounces or does not pay the entry fee within the established deadline, his/her place will be reassigned to another pilot, selected according to the FAI ranking system.

Among all the partecipants, 10 places will be assigned to women.

In case of equal rankings, priority will be given to the first pilot who made the pre-registration. Registration to the competition becomes effective only after the entry fees payment, which has to be done within 9 days from the confirmation date. Confirmation will be sent to pilots by email and published in the list of confirmed participants. Pilots who won’t pay within the payment deadline, will be moved at the bottom of the selection list. Organizers have the right to not accept the registration of pilots considered not eligible for safety reasons or in case the compliance with legal requirements cannot be verified.

Entry fee and payment
The entry fee is 150€, including:
- Emergency service and doctor/paramedic each competition day
- Live tracking
- Packed-lunch each competition day
- T-Shirt
- Gadgets
- Prize-giving party with complementary dinner

Paid entry fees will not be returned for any reason or for any claim made after May 1st. The entry fee must be paid within 6 days from the confirmation (received by email), by bank transfer. The payment receipt must contain NAME and SURNAME of the pilot, the tag "ITAHG2023" and must be sent to the following email address: italian.hg.2023@gmail.com. An additional fee of € 30.00 will be charged in case of late payment.

The daily transportation at T.O. can be buyed at additional cost of 80€/pilot (for 6 days). The retrive to HQ can be buyed at additional cost of 60€/pilot (for 6 days). If purchased togheter a discount of 20€ will be applied (total amout 120€).
Each bus can transport 7 pilots and 7 stacked HGs. The maximun number of transportation places will be 28.
